How to Use the Forms Portal

Step 1: Review Pending Submissions

Pending submissions are new form entries that need your attention. Call or email each contact to verify they are legitimate leads.

Step 2: Approve Real Leads

If the submission is a confirmed real lead, click the checkmark button to move it to the Success category. All submissions marked as successes will be sent to JobNimbus (Work-in-progress) for further steps.

Step 3: Flag Invalid Submissions

If the phone number or email is invalid, click the trash button to mark it as spam. This helps filter out fake submissions.

Step 4: Add Custom Notes

Click on any submission to expand it and view the Notes section at the bottom. Add custom notes to track conversations, decisions, or important details. Click "Save Notes" to save them to the Google Sheet.

Additional Tips

  • Click on any submission card to expand and view full details
  • Use the sort dropdown to order by newest or oldest submissions
  • Click "Refresh Listings" to get the latest data from the server
